We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational leader to the position of Deputy Head at St Nicolas C of E Primary Academy.
Applications are welcomed from candidates who will have the vision, expertise and drive to further develop this already very successful school.
You will join a very supportive senior leadership team and help to lead a talented and hard-working staff who are highly motivated to provide children with aspirational, challenging and engaging learning experiences.
The successful candidate will have:
•The enthusiasm and energy to sustain and further enhance the excellent teaching practice in our school
•The ability to build on the strong existing relationships between the parish church and the wider St. Nicolas C of E community
•A track record of securing tangible success and outstanding outcomes
•The interpersonal skills that secure the confidence of all stakeholders
•Experience of developing a culture of learning and continuous improvement of staff and students
•Strong monitoring and evaluation skills
•Thorough knowledge and understanding of current developments and the latest educational research (such as curriculum development and how pupils learn)
