Classroom Teacher and Lead in Science and RE. Start date can be negotiated.

Beeches Infant School is a vibrant 3 form entry LA Community School and the Governing Body are seeking to appoint a Classroom Teacher + TLR2 to join our extended leadership team. The successful candidate will lead the year group they work in.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our happy team. The successful candidate will share our vision and commitment to moving our school from strength to strength. You will be a role model teacher and lead by example.

Areas of responsibilities are Science & RE. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with experience or wanting to enter into leadership for the first time as a middle leader as we have a supportive team. You will be able to lead on the various strands of science and further improve our practice in this area. You will have the ability and enthusiasm to work

within a team alongside other TLR’s and lead your year group. You will be given management time weekly in addition to PPA.

You will have:

• outstanding teaching in EYFS/KS1

• a proven track record of the impact you have had

• the ability to bring people with you

• the ability to help lead, inspire and further develop our committed and hardworking staff

• high expectations of yourself, our staff, children and parents

• proven ability with experience of data analysis and monitoring
