Candidates are strongly encouraged to book a tour on the following dates:
Thursday 6th (8am or 4.30pm) Monday 10th (8am or 4.30pm) Thursday 14th (8am) Friday 15th of January 2022 (4.30pm).

Shortlisting will take place on the 19th January and candidates will be notified by email and then letter by Friday 21st January. The selection process will take place over Thursday and Friday 10th & 11th February and will comprise:

1. A visit by the Headteacher to the candidate’s own setting to observe teaching, between the 24th January and the 4th February, by appointment with the candidate.
2. The candidate being observed leading an act of collective worship here at Malvern Wyche C of E Primary School.
3. An interview with a pupil panel at Malvern Wyche C of E Primary School.
4. An interview with a panel comprised of the LA, Diocese, Governors and Headteacher Malvern Wyche C of E Primary School.

Malvern Wyche C of E Primary School is a small, semi-rural Primary School just outside Great Malvern, serving the village of Wyche and its surroundings. We have an inclusive and warm ethos coupled with high expectations which lead to high academic standards. With a backdrop of the Malvern Hills and views out over the Severn Valley as far as Bredon Hill, it's a wonderful place to work and learn.

We have an intake of 20 children organised as 5 classes: 4 mixed-age classes of 30 pupils and one Year 6 class of 20. 

We are committed to an exciting, engaging and hands-on curriculum and excellence in teaching and learning. Our ethos is rooted in personal growth through authentic experiences, independence and mutual respect. As a Voluntary Controlled C of E Church School, we care deeply for our pupil’s spiritual welfare and have a close relationship with All Saint's Church, which is right next door. . 

We are an Ofsted Good School. At their most recent inspection (Feb 2020) they reported that "Pupils flourish socially, academically and emotionally in this small and caring school." and that they "thrive on the range of unique and exciting opportunities provided".
