Codsall High is a comprehensive school for Years 9 to 13 situated in a semi-rural area of Staffordshire near Wolverhampton. It has over a thousand students on roll and more than three hundred in its highly successful sixth form.

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Head of Maths to join our school in April or September 2022.

The ability to teach GCSE Mathematics is essential. The ability to teach GCSE Statistics or A Level Mathematics would be an advantage.

The post would suit an exceptional Second in Department who is looking to take the next step in their career or an existing Head of Maths with the skills and expertise to lead a department to become outstanding.

A recruitment allowance is available for an exceptional candidate.

We are very proud of our focus on staff and student wellbeing; driven in our aims and ambitions to build on our success in a supportive and friendly environment.

The health and wellbeing of our staff is a priority; with an open-door senior leadership policy, a comprehensive new staff / NQT support programme, celebration of staff who go the extra mile and in-house pathways programmes for aspiring future leaders.

Application forms and further details are available to download from www.cc-hs.com/jobs.

To arrange an informal discussion about the post or visit to the school please contact Mrs H Zatte, the Executive Headteacher’s PA, at the email address show above. Completed application forms with a letter of application should also be sent to Mrs H Zatte.
