The work requires 'movement building' and 'community organising' . Your focus will be on listening, building relationships and organising people to take action that makes a difference.
You will be a self starter, personable, highly organised, a thoughtful relationship-builder with a strategic mind who can confidently relate to institutions, city leaders and ordinary citizens.
