Working within a busy team providing a housing repairs service to the city you will work alongside other clerical officers supporting Contract Works Officers, Service Coordinators and a Senior Service Manager.

You will need to be flexible and able to work well within a team. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability in interrogate computer systems to obtain information to enter and amend data. The ability to use various Microsoft Office software and Excel spreadsheets and other programs is required.

The post holder will also interrogate Northgate, send gas letters to residents, update Northgate with dates of letters sent /appointments made, and deal with telephone enquiries from our tenants regarding repairs and gas servicing as well as liaise with contractors /council officers /tenants, conduct telephone audits, process of pre and post recharges, maintain spreadsheets and help produce management information to deliver an effective service. The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring the gas compliance levels are kept high whilst working with gas CWO’s to ensure forced entries are kept minimal.
