We are currently recruiting for a Plumber to assist in the provision of high quality and comprehensive Property Services within Housing and Communities
To be a key member of this essential team providing day to day maintenance repairs as well as void and planned maintenance projects
We are looking for people who can complete all works requested to a consistently high standard and at an appropriate speed. Using their own specialist knowledge and experience to establish and maintain best practice in areas of work undertaken by the Property Services Department.
Key requirement s for this role are:-
Recent and relevant experience in building maintenance.
City & Guilds, NVQ 2 or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Able to carry your relevant trade plus associated multi skill requirements to a consistently high standard and at an appropriate speed.
Valid Full Driving License
