Preparatory School Receptionist and Administrator

37.5 hours per week. (8.00am – 4.30pm)

Term time plus 2 weeks.

We are seeking to appoint a professional receptionist to be the first point of contact in the Preparatory School. 

The Preparatory School Receptionist and Administrator will be based on the Saint Martin’s campus dealing with telephone calls, visitors, pupils and staff. The successful candidate will also provide administrative support and be responsible for reprographics, completing all tasks efficiently and to a high standard. The Receptionist and Administrator will also be expected to manage all communications involving pupil absence and attendance management.
