Outreach Support Worker

Salary – TA3 CLPT07 –CLPT11

Contract Type - Term Time only

32.5 hours per week

Contract Term - Temporary contract until 31.08.22 

Do you relate to hard to reach young people and accept all their differences and needs? Then you could be the person we are looking for!  We are a new provision attached to a highly therapeutic school, delivering a personalised holistic bespoke programme incorporating a wide range of therapeutic approaches and innovative learning support to develop young people who have not been reached by education.

We are looking to appoint an experienced, forward - thinking team member to work within our small team. You will need to be skilled in a variety of settings, be self-confident and a team player. The successful candidate will be required to support and work with extremely complex pupils in a wide range of settings. 

You need to demonstrate an ability to be flexible and enthusiastic and be able to use your own initiative. You need to be organised and able to keep accurate records. 

You require a good level of education and evidence of good relationships with pupils.
