About Us and the Role

Following a recent departmental reorganisation, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Warwickshire County Council’s Schools ICT service, as Team Lead Service Delivery.

The Schools ICT service is fully traded, operating under the Warwickshire Education Services banner, and provides a broad range of IT services to over 200 schools across Warwickshire and beyond.

The successful candidate will lead a team of 11 colleagues, delivering Service Desk, IT Systems Support, and Procurement/Business Support services to supported schools.

You will ideally have experience in front line management, where the ability to respond to incidents promptly and efficiently is critical, and clear communication with both customers and colleagues is essential. Knowledge and experience implementing ITIL processes would be desirable.
