Job Title: Administrator in Warwickshire Service (Part Time)   

Location: Warwickshire, Leamington Spa

Salary: The salary will be £11,620 per annum for 22.5 hours per week, and £15,052 per annum for 30 hours per week

Contract type: Permanent and will be subject to TUPE if the contact is transferred to another provider from 1st April 2022.

Hours: This role is a 22.5 hour position. Responsibilities

We are recruiting for an excellent Administrator to join our team in Warwickshire. In this role you will assist the MARAC Coordinator to administer the operation of the Warwickshire Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) and associated administrative tasks as directed by the duty manager and MARAC Coordinator.

The domestic abuse service in Warwickshire co-ordinates the MARAC – Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conferences, these are meetings where information is shared on the highest risk domestic abuse cases between representatives of local police, health, child protection, housing practitioners, Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVAs), probation and other specialists from the statutory and voluntary sectors.

Essential Skills or Experience

We are looking to recruit a candidate with excellent organisational skills to provide high quality support to the MARAC Co-ordinator and the administration of the MARAC meetings. You will collect and record information on MARAC cases and identify issues to be raised with the MARAC Co-ordinator. Taking and distributing accurate minutes of MARAC meetings will be part of this role, as well as keeping track of outstanding actions from across the partnership, liaising with partners and reporting overdue actions to coordinator.

Successful candidate must have outstanding administration skills and the ability to use initiative and judgment in dealing with colleagues and partner agencies. You must communicate clearly and concisely, in your written and oral communication and work successfully both independently and as part of a team. ​Whilst experience working within a similar field is desirable, this role is open to all applicants with administrative skills keen to get into the sector.

You must be familiar with collecting data, motivated learner and have proven ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
