An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented and motivated person to join the team at the Children First Learning Partnership Multi Academy Trust. We are seeking to appoint a Data Officer to manage the implementation of a new Information Management System (Arbor) for the Trust and its schools, including equipping staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their Information Management System work activities effectively.

In this demanding yet rewarding role, the Trust’s central finance and administration team will be working alongside you. For the role will also support the input, management and reporting of data for the Trust and its Schools, including but not exclusively pupil attendance and assessment, staff personal and contract details, and staff attendance. In addition, you will also support the input of data to the Financial Management System (SAGE) for the Trust and its Schools, including but not exclusively the production of BACS electronic payments.

The position is one of working across the Trust’s schools and includes absence cover for Clerical Officers, and therefore a willingness and ability to work in different schools is essential. This currently includes schools in Biddulph, Kidsgrove and Stafford. The applicant is therefore required to have a current driving licence and daily access to a vehicle.
