Clerical Assistant/Receptionist at St. Margaret’s C.E. Junior School, Wolstanton, Newcastle, Staffordshire ST5 0HU
Grade 3 - £18,562 - £18,933 PA (pro-rata to term time only + 1 week i.e. 39 weeks)
Working hours: 37 hours per week
Following the promotion of the existing post-holder, we have an excellent opportunity for a good quality clerical administrator to develop a career in our forward thinking and progressive school.
The role includes general clerical work, first aid and administrative/financial duties under the direction of the School Bursar.

The successful candidate will:
- be pleasant, approachable and understand the need for tact and discretion
- have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
- apply a clear understanding of maintaining confidentiality
- have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Word & Excel
- be organised, working efficiently and with a flexible approach
- be committed to support the Bursar and Headteacher
Previous school office experience and a working knowledge of Arbor MIS is an advantage.
