An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to recruit an Administration Assistant to play a key role within
our school community at Hallmoor School, part of Forward Education Trust, a rapidly growing Multi Academy Trust established in 2017 serving special schools across the West Midlands area.
The successful candidate will be professional, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. They will be able to multitask and manage a varied workload prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. They will have strong ICT, literacy and communication skills.
The successful candidate will:
• provide administrative support to the school Head Teacher, and other school staff
• provide receptionist support to the school and be the first point of contact in receiving visitors, staff and pupils to the school
• undertake pupil administration to include administering starters, leavers and educational visits
• undertake pupil attendance administration
• undertake financial administration including raising purchase orders and goods receipting
The role is term time only.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
