The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 5 secondary schools, 11 primary schools, a Teaching School, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield and North Warwickshire. Class Teacher – Two Gates Primary School
Part time – 5 mornings per week 9.00 am to 12.15 pm, fixed term contract to start as soon possible up to end of Summer Term July 2022
This role is specifically to teach Phonics, English and Maths to pupils in Year 1
The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of our hard working, forward thinking Key Stage 1 team. We are focused on ensuring that each child makes excellent progress in an environment where they feel loved and nurtured and their levels of well-being are high. The successful candidate will;
- have a thorough working knowledge of the national curriculum, demonstrating a strong pedagogical understanding of effective teaching approaches
- be dedicated to ensuring that every child is happy and successful with their learning
- demonstrate the drive and ability to ensure the highest possible standards for all children in their care
- foster excellent working relationships with parents and carers
- support the vision and ethos of our school community
