20.75 hours per week - Term Time Only (39 weeks) 5 mornings / 1 afternoon
Scale Point: 5 - 9 (£19,312- £20,903)
(Pro Rata approximately: £10,618 - £11,493)

We are seeking to make an appointment of an excellent Teaching Assistant to join our KS2 Team in supporting the teaching and learning of pupils from January 2022.
St Luke’s C.E.(C) Primary School is an exciting school which values those whom work and learn within it. The dedicated and motivated team of staff work hard to maintain the standards and provide many excellent opportunities for learning and enrichment.
We welcome applications from Teaching Assistants or indeed Teachers who have experience within Key Stage 2 and who have had an impact in their current setting.
You will be, or will have the potential to be, an outstanding in your practise with the ability to inspire, motivate and make positive changes. You will be passionate about the need to enable our pupils to make outstanding progress within their learning and development.

- have experience of supporting children's learning within a Primary School or gained in a relevant environment,
- have a minimum of NVQ3 for Teaching Assistants (or recognised equivalent qualification),
- have an understanding of child development and learning processes
- possess excellent interpersonal skills,
- are able to work constructively as part of a team whilst being able to demonstrate initiative,
- are friendly, professional and adaptable,
- demonstrate a "can do" attitude.
