Washwood Heath Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint a suitably qualified, hard-working and enthusiastic Senior Administration Assistant to support the work of the Administration Teams Student Admissions and records functions by being a professional, effective and efficient member of the team. General administration support is also essential to the role. A successful, competent minute taker, you will also support the Academy Advisory Board by taking, typing and distributing minutes. This requires some work after school hours, approximately 10 hours over an Academic Year for which overtime or TOIL will be arranged.

You will work under the direct supervision of the PA/Administration Support Manager and the Deputy Office Manager to provide excellent support.

You should have excellent IT skills, experience of data entry and analysis, be well organised, have a professional approach to work and be able to prioritize workloads to meet critical deadlines. A methodical thinker, you will be familiar with administration support in secondary education. Excellent communication skills both oral and written are also an

essential part of the role to be able to deal with staff, students, parents and external agencies. An ability to multitask is essential.

The successful candidate will already have experience of working within a very busy administration team, ideally in an academic establishment, have experience of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, and should be able to provide evidence that you have the skills, knowledge and understanding to become an Administration Assistant at our Academy.
