Story Wood School is a welcoming, vibrant school and we are looking to appoint 2 experienced Teaching Assistants to support children in a classroom environment, including those with special educational needs.

Experience of working with pupils with specific learning needs and/or pupils with communication, social and emotional needs is essential.

Experience of delivering speech & language interventions, willingness to be an active member of a speech & language network group.

You will be confident working with small groups of children across EYFS and KS1.

It is important that you are an effective team worker and committed to developing exciting learning experiences for the children.

You will have good oral and written skills and be able to communicate effectively with children, staff and parents and be committed to caring for children’s needs.
