Job Details

18.5 Hours per Week

This is a temporary post for 8 months, to cover maternity leave.

Based at Endeavour House, North Solihull, the Neighbourhood Services team is committed to delivering great services for all our customers.

We are looking for a confident, enthused and self-motivated person who is keen to learn and develop a career in housing management.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service across all operational functions within Neighbourhood Services including Anti-Social Behaviour and Tenancy Management.

You will possess excellent interpersonal and IT skills and be able to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.

Please note that frequent travel across the Borough is an essential requirement of the role.

We are an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) set up in April 2004 to run the housing service on behalf of Solihull Council. The Council still owns the properties and is the landlord. But housing services are delivered by us.

We are run by a management board made up of four tenants, four councillors and four independent people chosen for their specialist skills and experience.
