Part Time Site Manager

Russells Hall Primary School are looking to recruit a part-time Site Manager to join our enthusiastic and dedicated team and support the aims, ethos of our school.
School is open from 6am – 6pm plus lettings. Occasions may arise, especially in severe weather, when an earlier start time may be needed. There are also lettings during the evenings for which there are separate arrangements. This will be paid on the hourly rate. The school has a commitment to working with the community.
We invite applications from experienced Site Managers with high expectations and good quality of workmanship. You will need experience of carrying out risk assessments, leading on routine maintenance checks and report any concerns to the Head Teacher / Business Manager.
The successful candidate will work alongside our Senior Site Manager maintaining high levels of Health and Safety. As Site Manager you will act as head of security on a day to day basis. You will need to be passionate about promoting a safe and welcoming atmosphere for children, staff and any third party agent working with the school.
