Sharmans Cross is a very popular and highly successful junior school in central Solihull.
The Office Manager role is a key member of the Management Team who will support the Governing Body and the Head Teacher in ensuring the school meets its aims in all operational matters. We provide an inclusive learning community where every child really does matter. This is a new post, so offers the successful candidate the opportunity to develop the role to its full potential.
We are looking to appoint a dynamic, ambitious and creative Office Manager who has advanced interpersonal skills and a drive to help the school develop and improve further. This is a key role and the successful candidate will bring experience of managing and leading a team to fully support the smooth operating of our School. The successful candidate will have a genuine desire to involve themselves fully in the life of our school and to work as part of our forward-thinking team of professionals.
A good level of education is essential (GCSE Grade C or equivalent in maths and English). The role is term time only. The position will be paid on Band D (£25,481 - £30,451 pro rata dependent on qualifications and experience) per annum. Incremental progression is subject to performance.
