Cleaning and Caretaking Team Leader
£32,234.00 - £34,728.00 per annum

Let’s Clean, Caretaking and Cleaning services are part of Commercial Services managing and delivering quality services to over 140 sites with in Telford and Wrekin and surrounding area including schools, leisure facilities , libraries and civic buildings. The post holder will form part of a management team responsible for the daily operation of the service, ensuring a quality service is delivered to our clients.
You will be responsible for monitoring site budgets, recruitment of employees, mobilisation of new sites, employee training, monitoring standards and ensuring excellent relationships are built with our clients. It will also involve being responsible for managing an allocated area, you will also contribute to the wider service. Excellent management, organisation and communication skills are essential.
To be a successful Team Leader you will need:
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility and resilience
- Excellent IT skills
- Multi-site supervisory experience
Some knowledge of Facilities Management – Caretaking or Cleaning is desirable.
As the role includes undertaking sites visits a full driving licence and transport is required.
