Job Title: HR Client Officer 
Salary:  £23,632 - £25,579
Full-Time: 35 Hours
Location: County Hall, Worcester
Temporary: Maternity Cover


The Role:

Are you looking for an opportunity to apply your HR knowledge to a new role? Do you have a background of working in a HR environment with a working knowledge of HR/Payroll Systems, Agency Workers and regulations?  Have you got experience of managing a transactional team?  If the answer is yes then we would like you to join the Human Resources and Organisational Development Team to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months.

As HR Client Officer you will be responsible for making sure high levels of service are met at all times and will be required to resolve escalated issues.  You must be a confident communicator able to establish and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and customers and have a good understanding of HR and payroll to be able to assist/resolve escalated queries. 

The right candidate will be responsible for ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with the contracts in place with third party suppliers.
