CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Employer

St Chad’s Multi Academies Trust

Location

West Midlands

Salary £90k- £115k - Church Workers Pension – non contributory

Contract Permanent

Closing date Monday 24th January at 12noon

Start date 25th April 2022

St Chad’s Academies Trust consists of twenty academies and we celebrate and enjoy both the challenges and advantages of working across seven local authorities. This has resulted in good partnership working, providing the best we can for the children in each Local Authority. Children First is our motto.

The Trust has developed a unique and effective way to support staff, pupils, parents and the wider community through open, honest and transparent relationships. We do not apologise for our aim to provide the very best we can for the children in our care and have always recognised that this must be achieved ‘together’.  We have developed a system of working where every Principal is willing and has a responsibility to shoulder system leadership roles, working for the success of other schools as well as their own.

Our current Chief Executive leaves us in a strong position, poised to take our next step forward. This role is genuinely an opportunity  for a new leader to make their own impact on the future of St Chad’s Academies Trust, building on our vision and values leading our teams to achieve their very best.

Our academies will no doubt face new pressures in the coming years and we see our role as providing the appropriate support and capacity to face these challenges with courage and the children at the forefront of our thinking – Children First!

This exciting and important role is one that has many challenges so we are keen to ensure the right person takes up this position.

The role will suit a leader who likes to be hands on, shaping and setting the direction, but also getting into school to see things in practice. You may be bringing leadership experience    from a school setting, as an executive or system leader from a trust or federation.
