Governors wish to make this appointment from February 2022 or as soon as possible thereafter.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to support the educational and social development of children with additional needs.
The work involves either working 1:1 or supporting students from either ARP and in mainstream mixed ability classes. Your aim will be to provide and promote an environment which enables children with wide ranging and often complex needs to make progress and achieve their full potential. This is a rewarding role which does not require previous experience and training on the job will be provided.

At Langley School we have a strong pupil-centred ethos and we work hard as a community to "be the best we can be".  Langley is a wonderful school to work at and learn in and, as our recent Ofsted report suggests: 'Pupils are thoroughly prepared for life in modern Britain' at our school, where the holistic approach to child centred learning is valued as highly as the outcomes they eventually achieve at the end of their time with us.
