To provide skilful administrative assistance to ensure the smooth and effective running of the Academy under the direction of the Senior Academy Administrator and to act in a confidential manner in the best interests of the Academy, pupils and staff.
Experience of working in an office /HR administration environment is essential and school-based experience would be highly desirable although full training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a calm professional and personable manner are essential along with the ability to work in a discreet and confidential manner always showing the highest degree of integrity.
You will be computer literate and be confident to work on your own making decisions and showing initiative in line with established processes and policies. You will be able to plan and organise your own work and cope with interruptions and changing priorities.
