The governors and Principal wish to appoint a caring and enthusiastic Inclusion Support Assistant to work within key stage two. 

You will be required to:

  • support pupils on an individual basis, in small groups and in whole class situations
  • maintain effective records which demonstrate the progress pupils are making
  • work as part of our SEND team whilst also being able to work under the direction of a class teacher and your own initiative
  • liaise with other SEND professionals, our own SENCO and Assistant SENCO

As a school we can offer a commitment to continuing professional development, a hard working team of staff and polite, courteous pupils.   Visits to the school are strongly recommended. Interviews will take place on Thursday 27th January 2022.

Good literacy, numeracy and ICT skills are required.  The successful applicant will also be working towards achieving level 4 qualification or equivalent.

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Amendment Order 1986 and, as such, it will be necessary for a Submission for Disclosure to be made to the Criminal Records Bureau to check for any previous criminal convictions.

Asylum and Immigration
