Working part time (18.5 hours) Wednesday afternoon – Friday, in a small friendly team of social workers and social care officers to support vulnerable adults in the Great Bridge/Princes End & Tipton area.
The team base is at the Tipton Local Housing Service Centre but staff are currently working from home due to Covid 19 restrictions. Can agile from any of the Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council’s many bases once restrictions ease.
Manageable caseload and regular supervision from social care lead officer and support from all the team. Minimal, two years post qualification experience preferred.
You must have a degree in Social Work, Dip SW, CQSW or equivalent.

A requirement of this post is that any successful candidate must have had a full course of an approved COVID‐19 vaccine prior to starting in the role, or be medically exempt. As part of the recruitment process the successful candidate will need to evidence this requirement.
