Behaviour Assistant
37 hours per week – term time plus 5 days
Salary Scale F
Actual Salary £16,942

Required full-time for a start as soon as possible. The Behaviour Assistant is required to support the Behaviour Team who supports the whole school rewards and behaviour strategy at Bilton School.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate must have a calm but purposeful demeanour, as well as good personal and communication skills. They will have relevant experience of working within an educational environment to support positive behaviours leading to improved learning.
