Administrative Support Assistant: Part time

Grade 4 Salary range £19,312 - £19,698 pro rata/term time only

(Term Time salary calculation: Full time salary £19,312/52.14 paid weeks x 45.08 term time paid weeks (inc holidays) = £16,697 x 18.75 hrs / 37.5hrs = £8,348 per annum)       

The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed administrative officer from 14th February 2022.

Applications are invited from friendly, experienced and strongly motivated School Secretaries who

would like to join our highly regarded and successful village school.

The successful candidate will have proven administration experience, be well organised and have

excellent communication and IT skills.  Experience in GDPR would also be desirable.

This is a varied and challenging role which is extremely important to the smooth running of the school.  We are therefore seeking a cheerful, reliable person with a can-do attitude.  The role will involve working on your own and managing many different jobs at one time.  There will be a chance to shadow an existing member of staff for a short period of time before working independently from 28th February 2022.

The hours of work are 6.25 hours per day, 3 days a week so a total of 18.75 hours per week. The post is term-time only (including teacher training days).  Agreed days and times are negotiable.
