We are looking for a creative and organised Caseworker to join our forward thinking and supportive team.
The post holder will work with children and young people with special educational needs and/or a disability and their parents/carers to offer impartial information, advice and support people on matters relating to special educational needs and disability (SEND) across education, health and social care.
You will be a skilled communicator with excellent listening skills and someone who can work at a fast and demanding pace. If you are keen to make a difference to local families and want to be part of a small, friendly and dynamic team then please consider applying.
