Receptionist

37 hours per week, Term Time plus 1 week

The Hart School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Receptionist who will be part of the Admin Team and assist in the general running of the Reception Office and reprographics work. You will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors and will deal with enquiries from various stakeholders, including staff, students and third parties.

Ideally with some experience of working in a reception within a school or a college, you will have strong interpersonal skills and have a friendly, yet professional approach. You must have good organisational and prioritising skills and be able to work in a busy school environment.
