Are you the right person for this key role within our school and federation?
This is a wonderful professional development opportunity for someone wishing to take the next step in leadership. The Governors are looking to recruit a dynamic and highly effective Head of School to build on the strong record of inclusiveness and personalised learning at the smallest school in Warwickshire, currently with 38 children on roll. Because we are so small we know all our children really well and we pride ourselves on the family feel of our school.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will:
· Play a key role in Leadership across the federation working closely with other senior leaders
· Have a proven record of impact in a leadership position
· Work closely with the federation’s Executive Headteacher
· Lead by example and have a teaching commitment covering strategic responsibilities of other staff and/or PPA cover.

We would like someone who shares our high expectations for all children and is able to personalise learning through planning imaginative and inspiring learning opportunities to meet the needs of all children. In return we can offer a good adult to child ratio, a supportive staff team and happy and enthusiastic children. Even though we are a very small school we benefit from regular training and development opportunities as part of the Stratford Rural Schools Federation.

Please detail how you fit the following criteria in your application:
•Successful recent strategic leadership experience likely to have been gained as a Deputy Head Teacher/Assistant Head of a primary school, including successful experience of raising standards for all groups of learners
•A proven track record in leading and managing staff including building a successful team, delegating effectively and implementing and managing change
•Evidence of producing and implementing clear, evidence –based improvement plans and policies for development of the school
•Can create and maintain effective partnerships with parents and carers to support and improve pupils’ achievement and personal development
•Is committed to leading the development of a distinctive Church school ethos based on Christian values.

Interview date: will be held in 2 rounds - 1st round w.b. 10th February 2022 and 2nd round by 18th February 2022.
