Lunchtime Supervisor - Q3 Academy Great Barr

We are seeking a self-motivated and caring individual for the role of Lunchtime Supervisor. You will be joining part of a dedicated team who support, and uphold expectations of, students during the lunchtime sittings.

The Academy is looking for someone who has:

• High expectations for themselves and others;
• A desire to work with young people with good humour and understanding;
• A calm and pragmatic approach to their work;
• Experience working as part of a team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out lunchtime supervision of students and attend to safety and welfare.
• Working as a team to ensure standards for student discipline, activities and standards of behaviour whilst on duty.
• Light cleaning duties to ensure smooth transition between lunch sittings.
• Supporting the Academy’s smooth operation of the lunch period.
• Working with colleagues in managing standards and behaviour.

Hours:

7.50 hours per week, term time only (occasional out of hours work may be available)

Grade:

Scale 3 fixed scp 6 £19,698 per year pro rated to hours/weeks (actual salary £3,439.98 per year)                                                    

Location:

Q3 Academy Great Barr, Wilderness Lane, Great Barr, Birmingham, B43 7SD.  There may be a requirement to work at other locations in the Trust
