Customer Services Advisor

NJC Scale 4 (£20,092 to £21,748 per annum)

37 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced Customer Services Advisor to work within our Corporate Contact Centre. Based at Addenbrooke House, you will understand that our customers are passionate about the services we provide and you will be experienced in supporting customers, explaining legislation and sourcing the correct information or service they require. You will show a flair for customer service, have excellent attention to detail and understand the importance of getting it right first time.
