Rufford Primary School are recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to start ASAP, permanent contract, 32.5 hours per week and TTO term time only.

Grade 5, SP 7 - 11 

We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 700 employees and over 5,000 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.

We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified, motivated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our school. Candidates should be organised, self-motivated and confident as well as being extremely good communicators with excellent interpersonal skills and good IT Skills.

The successful candidate will have a grade 4 or above (or equivalent) in both English and Maths and will preferably have experience of working with young adults. 

You will need to be;

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 School Support Staff or other appropriate equivalent qualification or experience

• Committed to the needs of the pupils 

• Able to form strong relationships with staff and pupils
