We are looking for a reliable and motivated Teaching Assistant to support students who have hearing impairments and to work under the instruction/guidance of teaching/senior staff to undertake work programmes. The purpose of this role is to enable access to learning for pupils and to assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom. Work may be carried out in the classroom or outside the main teaching area.

The postholder will be an experienced practitioner who has previously worked with children with SEND or Hearing Impairment. They will also need to have a good understanding of the National Curriculum and the related assessments.
