St Mark’s is a supportive and friendly school. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, competent and flexible person to join our busy office team.

The post is for 16 hours term time only. The post would suit someone with experience of working in administration who has excellent IT skills – including the use of Excel, Word, SIMS & preferably SchoolComms. A flexible approach and the ability to work with a minimum level of supervision using their own initiative is also essential.

Applicants should have:

• excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner and strong attention to detail

• excellent IT skills - including using Excel, Word, SIMS & preferably SchoolComms

• good literacy and numeracy skills

• an outgoing personality, capable of thinking quickly and the ability to work independently and as part of a busy team

Experience of working in a school environment is desirable, though not essential. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
