Hone Bridging Team (HBT) – 2 Teacher posts (Permanent)

Required from April 2022, we are seeking to appoint a fulltime, outstanding and experienced teacher to join the Home Bridging team (HBT). This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team who support children and young people with EHC Plans who are awaiting an education placement. As a member of the team you will work closely with families and partner agencies supporting CYP with a broad range of SEND, that will involve the delivery of interim educational provision while a school placement is being secured.

The Home Bridging Team work with children and young people with Education, Health and Care Plans who are awaiting school placement. The team is made up of experienced teachers and Higher level Teaching Assistants who have a caseload of children and young people they support, covering as broad spectrum of SEND.
