The Role

We are looking to appoint 4 enthusiastic, kind and caring Mid Day Supervisors to join our team. You will be responsible for the supervision of children who remain on the school premises during lunch break, under the direction of the Senior Mid Day Supervisor. Hours are 12pm – 1.30pm Monday - Friday, Term Time Only.

Key Requirements

The successful candidates will:-
-Have experience of working with children.
-Have a sympathetic understanding of the personal and social needs of young children.
-Be familiar with games and activities suitable for occupying primary age children.
-Relate well to children, inspiring trust and respect.
-Demonstrate emotional resilience in working with challenging behaviours.
-Have a positive attitude towards and liking for primary age children.
-Be able to co-operate as a member of a staff team.
-Be adaptable, sensitive and tactful, respecting confidentiality where appropriate.
-Fulfil the requirements of an Enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfy our safer recruitment process.
