You will need to be highly motivated, passionate about swimming and willing to undergo training to support your existing qualifications. You will be working within a customer focused team and you will need to be able to work effectively as part of that team. The role will include the safe delivery of our Schools Learn to Swim Programme and Learn 2 swim program which uses the Swim England teaching scheme. You will also need to have excellent communication and customer service skills.
The following qualifications are required:
Current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or National Rescue Award for swimming teachers & Coaches
The post will also require the post holder to carry out administration tasks that are linked to the running of a successful Learn to Swim Programme.
