Carrying out litter-picking, bin-emptying, and general cleansing tasks at St. Martin’s Gate Car Park and within the City Centre. It will involve working as part of a team of six operatives completing essential cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Applicants must feel confident to complete all duties, be able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions, have excellent customer care skills and be willing to undertake any necessary training to fully complete the role.

Weekend working will be required; this will be allocated on your rota.

We are looking for a person who enjoys a challenge and who can fit into a team of people or work alone competently and confidently. Applicants must be proud, committed to the service and strive to provide a high level of service standards to the people of Worcester.

Experience of carrying out a wide variety of street cleansing duties. The ability to work unsupervised and carry out required tasks to a high standard. Great team working and communication skills are essential.
