We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled, committed and enthusiastic teacher to lead our highly successful Business, Economics & Accounting department at King Edward VI School. The successful candidate will teach Business (at Key Stage 4 and 5) and have the experience and ability to teach either Economics or Accounting to A-level. You will lead a strong team who support our students in making exceptional progress in GCSE Business at Key Stage 4 and A-levels in Business, Economics and Accounting, as well as the delivery of our Young Enterprise programme to Year 12 students.
We are looking for a leader with the ability to lead and inspire staff and students; a pro-active inclusive approach and excellent communication skills are essential. You will be joining an experienced team whose success is built on strong collaboration and high quality learning & teaching. The school welcomes applications from both experienced Heads of Department and those with proven leadership skills in their current role.
