Business Support Officer
You will be working as part of a team providing business support to Senior Managers across the Directorates, working across the different services supporting projects and assisting with other service related support activities.
Experience of taking notes at meetings is imperative with the ability to organise and prioritise work effectively. You should be able to interact positively and communicate effectively at all levels; be self motivated, taking a proactive approach to your work and be capable of meeting deadlines.
The applicant will need to have typing/word processing ability to OCR/RSA 2 standard or equivalent and GCSE in English and Maths or an equivalent qualification.
Advanced fluency with Microsoft Outlook programmes is essential with 12 months experience of working in a business support/administrative environment.
