We are keen to appoint a highly motivated HLTA to lead in teaching and learning.  With experience and knowledge of supporting learners of all abilities to start with us as soon as possible. 

The successful candidates will possess:

  • the personal drive to proactively support the teachers and pupils across the school
  • an effective practitioner with high expectations
  • be competent at leading group activities and have sound knowledge of the expectations of learners
  • experience of whole class teaching
  • commitment to achieving the best outcomes for all children
  • you will need to be an excellent communicator and a good team player who is professional and adaptable and can show initiative in tailoring learning to meet individual’s needs
  • an innovative and highly motivated staff member
  • commitment to ongoing professional development
  • ambition to enter the next stage of your journey
  • you will need to have the relevant qualifications (NNEB, BTEC, NVQ level 3 or equivalent)

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
