Social Worker - 37 hours
Salary: £29,577 - £33,782
This is a qualified experienced social worker role
In Worcestershire, we use the Three Conversation approach, a strength-based model that focuses on people's strengths, own assets and those in communities. All of our staff receive support from Advanced Social Work Professionals, have regular supervision and opportunities for team reflection and development on a weekly basis. Most of these roles can be worked flexibly and with mobile working. You will be part of a service keen to develop your career with a supportive manager who provides regular supervision.
Wychavon Area Social Work Team support’s people who are over 18 with a wide range of support needs (excluding Learning Disabilities and Adult Mental Health). We work closely with GPs and other community health colleagues to develop models of integrated working, called Neighbourhood Teams. We have a range of office bases in Droitwich, Pershore and Evesham.
