Deputy Head Teacher (Curriculum)

Pay Range: L22 - L26 (£70,745 - £78,025)

Location: Dormston School, Mill Bank, Sedgley, DY3 1SN

Required for September 2022, we are looking for a Deputy Head Teacher.

 

The successful applicant will be joining Dormston SMT which currently comprises of 7 other Senior Leaders.  We are seeking to appoint a new Deputy Head Teacher who will have the ability to work both autonomously and within a very collegiate Leadership Team taking a pivotal role in the future development of the school. This role has specific responsibility for leading and managing the Curriculum intent, implementation and impact along with taking responsibility for leading whole school assessment and progress of students. 

The successful candidate will:

  • be an excellent leader, manager and communicator;
  • be able to inspire and motivate;
  • ensure the highest possible standards in all aspects of the school’s work, particularly the quality of curriculum.
