Dodford First School are currently looking to recruit a permanent, qualified Teaching Assistant to provide classroom support within Year 3/4. We are a friendly, small, village school on the outskirts of Bromsgrove providing education for children aged 4-9 years.

Dodford First school pupils, staff and governors are looking for a teaching assistant who:

  1. Has a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification
  2. Has experience of working in lower key stage 2
  3. Has experience of working with SEND children
  4. Has initiative and excellent communication skills
  5. Is able to, when asked, to supervise and lead a class of children, delivering planned lessons
