Job Details

Operating within the Directorate of Place, Housing Services is the landlord for the Council’s owned properties and offers a range of services to tenants and leaseholders.

Full Time: 37 hours (Monday – Friday)

Location: Dudley Council C/o Jewson Partnership Solutions, Woodside Sawmill, Pedmore Rd, Dudley DY2 0RH

Housing Services includes an in-house maintenance team who deliver a range of repairs and planned improvements to homes throughout the borough, ensuring that homes remain safe, comfortable, and efficient.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contract Support Officer within our excellent Team. We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic, and capable individual who has the skills to enhance an already successful team.

This post holder will play a critical role within Housing Services Contract Support team in not only providing a robust customer focussed service but also a wide range of logistical functions whilst supporting the third-party provider of our managed stores solution.

The post holder will provide contract support to frontline services and Managers and must possess excellent communication, ICT skills, experience of working with financial systems, customer services and experience of working in an extremely busy office environment.
