Working hours: 37 hours per week

Mon-Thurs: 08.00am – 4.00pm

Fri: 08.00am – 3.30pm 

We have an excellent opportunity for a clerical administrator to develop a career in our forward-thinking and progressive school.

The successful applicant will be a main point of contact for callers and visitors to the school; offering guidance and assistance both personally and by telephone and provide clerical support to the main school office under the guidance of the School Office Manager.

The successful applicant will:

  • be pleasant, approachable and understand the need for tact and discretion
  • have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
  • apply a clear understanding of maintaining confidentiality
  • have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Word & Excel
  • be organised; working efficiently and with a flexible approach
  • be committed to supporting the Office Manager and Headteacher
  • have GCSEs in English and Maths Grade A-C/5-9 or equivalent

Previous school office experience and a working knowledge of SIMS is an advantage.
